- Lean protein source + Non starchy veggie + Starchy veggie
- No wheat, dairy, added sugars/sweets, or alcohol

- “Apple Pie Spice” shake
- Water + ice as desired
- 2 scoops Formula 1 Vanilla (or other flavor)
- 2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1 scoop Apple Fiber Complex (or unflavored)
- 1-3 Tbsp Personalized Protein Powder
- Cinnamon & nutmeg
- Each shake: 175/195/215 calories, 19/24/29g protein, 8g fiber
- Daily shakes: 515/575/635 calories, 57/72/8g protein, 24g fiber

- 2 scoops Vanilla PDM (or chocolate)
- 1-2 scoops Protein Beverage Mix (any flavor)
- 1 scoop Active Fiber Complex (any flavor)
- Each shake: 155/190 calories, 22.5/30g protein, 5g fiber
- Daily shakes: 455/560 calories, 67.5/90g protein, 15g fiber
