Meet & Greet

Welcome everyone! Let's get to know each other! :) Let's all share who we are and why we're here (in the comments of this post please). Keep in mind this is a private group where everyone is here to make changes for their health. Some have a little weight to lose, some have a lot. Either way, we are all here to better ourselves. So it's a safe place to be open and honest with each other. Feel free to include your 'Before' picture so we can all celebrate together when we see your 'After' pic at the end of the Challenge! Posting here in this post is the place to do it! Let's have you all post in the comments here 3 things (whether or not you are doing a before pic):

  1. How much you want to lose in the challenge
  2. WHY do you want to lose weight (i.e. more confidence; be healthier for kids, grandkids, etc; more energy; manage your relationship with food; etc)
  3. What is one SPECIFIC thing you would like to learn how to change throughout this challenge (i.e. portion control, more veggies, more exercise)?
